Born in New Orleans, LA, he was a son of Marlene Vaughn Boland and the late Bobby Eugene Boland. He was a member of i3 in Greenwood, formerly employed by Alltel, and a self-employed graphic designer. He held a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
