Honea Path – Syble Olene Magaha Crane, 82, wife of Donald Crane, of Sanders Street, died Wednesday May 29, 2024 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Honea Path – James Wilson Demery, 73, of Hwy 178 North, died Sunday, May 26, 2024 at Piedmont Acute Care.

Honea Path – James Phillips Spaulding, 62, husband of Sylvia Louise Crosscup Spaulding, of Broadmouth Church Road, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024, peacefully at his home.

Spartanburg – Shawn Kyle Long, 54, of East Main Street, died Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Ware Shoals – Michaela Rosi Teresa Denittis Coates, 55, of River Valley Rd. wife of Alfred Coates, died Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at Self Regional Healthcare.

Janice Lorene Page Jenkins, 76, widow of Larry Richard Jenkins, of Shady Grove Road, died Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at AnMed Medical Center in Anderson.

Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late Fred Donald and Margaret Elizabeth Smith Page. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and retired as Bank Manager from First Federal Savings and Loan of Honea Path. She loved her husband, children, and her extended family. She took great Joy in helping to raise her grandchildren, as well as her new twin great-granddaughters.

She is survived by a son, Larry “Richie” Jenkins, Jr. (Dana) of Honea Path, a daughter, Travis Crump (David) of Honea Path, a sister, Brenda Pruitt (Butch) of Anderson, four grandchildren, Clayton Jenkins, Dustin Jenkins, Page Hedden (Thomas), and Anna Lawton (Jacob) and her twin great-granddaughters, Amelia and Cecilia Hedden.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, and a brother, James Douglas Page.

Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Friendship Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Hunter Ramsey. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery
