Ware Shoals- Robert James McClellan, 92, husband of Dorothy Lawter McClellan, of 41 Dairy St., died Thursday, May 9, 2013, at Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Center in Laurens.

Greenville- Ellen Montine Boyce Thompson, 102 years old, formerly of Ware Shoals, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013, Diamond Health and Rehab of Simpsonville, S.C.

Ware Shoals – Franklin Milton Chapman, 80, widower of Willie Grace Abercrombie Chapman, of 11200 Indian Mound Rd, died Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Self Regional Medical Center. He was also formerly married to Joann Rochester Chapman.

Ware Shoals – Ruth Banister McClain Martin, 99, formerly of South Greenwood Ave., widow of Wilford Martin, died Sunday April 28, 2013 at Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Center in Laurens.

Ware Shoals – Frank H. Lollis, 67, of 9987 Indian Mound Rd., died Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Hospice of the Piedmont in Greenwood.

Brenda Faye Woods Young, 64, of Trenton, South Carolina died Saturday April 27 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home after a long courageous battle with cancer.  Brenda was the wife of the late Phillip Wayne Young for 30 years. 

In Loving Memory of James Michael Scott, 60, husband of Gail Scott from Fountain Inn, S.C. passed away to eternal rest on Saturday, April 27, 2013 and is now in Heaven with his Almighty Father.
