Lumberton, NC --- Michael John Vergis, Jr., 55, of Lumberton, NC, died Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.

Born in Carson City, CA, he was the son of the late Michael John Sr., and Katherine Charlotte Lee Vergis. He worked as a technical operator for Clear Path Recycling in Lumberton, NC.

Surviving are a daughter: Samantha Lollis and husband Don of Honea Path; and five grandchildren.

Laurens – Vickie Diane Campbell Bagwell, 52, widow of the late Marvin Bagwell of 81 Baby Drive, Fountain Inn, formerly of Laurens, died Saturday, April 30, 2016 at her home.

Born in Greenwood County, she was the daughter of the late J. W. and Judy Leopard Campbell of Gray Court.

Surviving are: two sons, Bubba and Chris Campbell both of Ware Shoals; one brother, Jackie Campbell of Laurens; five nephews and nieces, Jimmy Mack of Gray Court, Leslie Mack of Laurens, Kim and Miranda Mack both of Rock Hill and Jackie E. Campbell Jr. (Christie) of Laurens; three special great nieces and nephews, Melissa, Megan and Cayson Campbell, and eight grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Rita.
