Honea Path – Annie Elizabeth Hanks, 95, of 1920 Sauer Farm Road, died Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.

Born in Anderson County she was a daughter of the late Joseph Tillman and Bessie Cowan Hanks. She was a member of Barkers Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Rice Mills.

She was survived by several nieces and nephews and was pre-deceased by a brother Cowan Hanks, and three sisters, Eva Hanks, Selma Griffin, and Ruth Wilson.

Memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Barkers Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating.

The family will receive friends after the service at the church. The family will be at their respective homes. The family requests that flowers be omitted and memorials made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621 or to Barkers Creek Baptist Church, 3207 Highway 252, Honea Path, SC 29624. Honea Path – Kathleen Brock Mitchell, 92, widow of J.T. Mitchell, of 3546 Keowee Rd died Monday, May 11, 2015 at her home.

Ware Shoals – Barbara Gail Chism Lord, 66, of 1780 Poplar Springs Rd, died Sunday, May 10, 2015 at her home.

Honea Path – Etrulia “Snook” Ashley Long, 82, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, of 1601 Griffin Farm Rd, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family, Thursday, May 7, 2015.

Ware Shoals – Billy Franklin Richey, 78, widower of Barbara Ann Queen Richey, of 19 Ware St., died Monday, May 4, 2015 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Greenwood County, he was a son of the late Clarence and Jewel Burell Richey. He was a member of Ware Shoals First Baptist Church. Bill was a retired Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having proudly served his country for 22 years, 1955-1976. He was retired from Michelin Tire Corp.

Honea Path – Thomas Aaron Ross, 82, husband of Imogene Woods Ross of 14167 Hwy. 25, died Friday at Self Regional Medical Center.

Honea Path – Kenneth Wayne Brock, 56, husband of Alicia Marie Babb, of 27 Pruitt St., died Monday, April 27, 2015 at his home.
