Ware Shoals – June Bratcher Vanadore, widow of Ernest A. “Buddy” Vanadore passed away on April 26, 2014 at her home.

Honea Path - Mary Lou Gambrell Johnston, 84, formerly of 11768 Highway 25, Princeton, wife of David B.Johnston, died Sunday in Belton.

Honea Path – William “Red” Ashley McClain, 70, husband of Judith Elaine Dellinger McClain, of 390 Cowan Road, died at his home Friday, April 25, 2014.

Honea Path – Bobby Ray Ashley, 77, of Honea Path entered into his heavenly home on April 23, 2014.

Honea Path – Erma Ruth Darby McCuen, 93, widow of R.A. “Bill” McCuen, of 211 Saluda St, died Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at AnMed Health Center.

Honea Path – Barbara Jean Herndon Keasler, 81, of 4 Graham St., widow of  James Floyd Keasler died Monday, April 21, 2014 at her home.

Born in Belton, she was a daughter of the late William Clyde and Laura Ovina Bridges Herndon. She was a homemaker and a member of the Honea Path Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Beverly Crawford and husband Ted of Honea Path, two grandchildren, Kasey Crawford and Ryan David Crawford, and three great-grandchildren, Analeece Whitfield, Brice Whitfield, and Blayke Whitfield. She was pre-deceased by two brothers, Ray and Thomas Herndon and a sister Cokey Simpson.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Thursday at the Honea Path Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Shane Elrod and Rev. Paul Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 P.M. Thursday at the church prior to the service. The family is at her home, 4 Graham St., Honea Path. Honea Path – Jerry Paskel Phillips, 86, son of the late Terrant and Ethel Roark Phillips passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014 at Richard Campbell Veterans Nursing Home.

Honea Path – Steve Finley, 63, husband of Carolyn Canada Finley, of 16 McKay Rd., died Friday, April 18, 2014 at his home.

Belton – John Virgil Elgin, 82, husband of Laura Jean Smith Elgin, of 113 Lowe Road, died Friday, April 18, 2014 at his home.
