Waterloo – Willis Edward Qualls, 69, husband of Polly Ann Bradberry Qualls, of 7113 Indian Mound Rd., died Saturday, November 07, 2015. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late James Leonard and Frances Lucille Burkett Qualls. Mr. Qualls attended New Beginnings Baptist Church, and was retired from Delta Woodside in Piedmont.
