Connie Cannon

Honea Path – Mrs. Connie McGee Cannon, 48, of 304 Elizabeth Street, wife of Eddie Gene Cannon, died Sunday, February 7, 2010 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.

Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of Herbert “Hub” and Linda Mattison McGee. She was a member of News Springs Christian Church and was employed with BB&A of Simpsonville.

Surviving in addition to her husband of the home and her parents of Honea Path are: one son, Allan Cannon and wife Alicia of Belton; two daughters, Misti Nicole Cannon of the home and Lisa Marie Gray and husband Mike of Honea Path; two grandchildren, Destiny and Jasper Cannon.

She was predeceased by a son Brandon McGee.

Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Wednesday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jake Beaty, Rev. Tim Crawford and Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM and from 1 to 2 PM Wednesday prior to the service at Pruitt Funeral Home.
