Edith Gresham Kelley


Edith Gresham Kelley, 95 widow of Wallace Ralph Kelley died November 20, 2009 at Hospice Care of the Piedmont. She was born in Union County, a daughter of the late Claude H. And Bessie Hill Gresham, Sr. She was formerly of Middleburg, Va. and was retired editor with the CIA.

Surviving are: sisters, Ruth Bedingfield, Ware Shoals and Rosa Schemme and her husband Louis, Wichita, KS. and a sister-in-law, Hendrika Dickenson Gresham, Orlando, Florida.

She was predeceased by sister, Martha Eleanor Gresham and brother, C.H. (Grits) Gresham, Jr.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, 2 pm at the Episcopal Church of the
Resurrection, Greenwood with Father Nicholas Beasley officiating. Burial will be in the
family plot at Nazareth Cemetery, Reidville Road, Spartanburg, SC.

The family will receive friends 1-2 pm Sunday at the Church.
