Jean Keasler
Princeton – Jean Elizabeth Gambrell Keasler, 67, wife of George Robert Keasler, of 2140 Erwins Mill Rd., died Wednesday at AnMed Health Center in Anderson.
Born in Laurens County she was a daughter of the Thomas Furman and Sara Elizabeth Morrison Gambrell. She was a member of Columbia Baptist Church and the Ladies #1 Sunday School Class. She was a homemaker and a retired caregiver.
Surviving are her husband of the home, a son, Darrell Ray Poole of Greenville, three daughters, Nadine Lester of Ware Shoals, Wanda Jean Rowe of Lucedale, Miss., and Leeann Keasler of Princeton, two step-daughters, Robin Broome of Sommerville and Janice Whiteside of Lexington, three brothers, L. Ray Gambrell of Greenwood, Carroll (Bud) Gambrell of Princeton, and Robert Gambrell of Tuxedo, N.C., a sister and friend, Elaine Ashley of Princeton, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Saturday at Columbia Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Loner and Mr. Greg Gambrell officiating. Burial will follow in Eastveiw Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Friday at Pruitt Funeral Home, Honea Path. The body will be placed in the church at 2 P.M. Saturday. The family is at the home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Online Condolences may be made at www.parkerwhitepruitt.com
