LULA MAE WILLIAMSON


Lula Mae Jarrard Williamson, 87, wife of James E. (Chick ) Williamson Sr.died Sunday, May 3, 2009 at Hospice of the Piedmont, Greenwood. She was born in Gainsville, Ga., a daughter of the late George W. and Eula Saylors Jarrard. Mrs. Williamson was retired from Elliott Davis and was a member of Ware Shoals Church of God of Prophecy.

Surviving is a son, James E.. (Chick.) Williamson Jr. and wife Peggy Landis Williamson of North Augusta, SC, two grandchildren, Michael Williamson, Corona del Mar, California and Paul Williamson and wife Joann, North Augusta and three great grandchildren, Brice, Abbey and Jack Williamson of North Augusta, SC.

Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 3 pm at Ware Shoals Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Mark Lowe officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Michael and Paul Williamson, Tommy Landis, Bobby and Benny Powell, Avery Ashley , Robert “Topp” Hill and James Lyerly.

The family will receive friends at Parker-White Funeral Home, Tuesday, 6-8 pm.
