Jackie E. Stone

Honea Path – Mr. Jackie Eugene Stone, 74, formerly of 207 Baldwin Street, died Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Richard Campbell Nursing Center in Anderson.

Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late June Clyde and Jennie Louise McGaha Stone. He had formerly been an electrician and was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

Surviving are: one brother, Clarence Stone of Melbourne, Florida; and one sister, Mary Ellen Stone Maddox of Charleston. He was predeceased by a brother, Larry Stone.

A graveside service will be held Saturday at 3 P.M. in Eastview Cemetery with the Rev. Harmon Adkins officiating.

The family is at the home of a cousin, Dot Smith, 321 Eastview Street, Honea Path, SC 29654.
