Jamie Hawkins

Anderson – James “Jamie” Clarence Hawkins, 45, of 2915 Highway 413, died Saturday, January 29, 2009.

Born in Anderson County he was a son of the late James Robert and Mattie Ruth Tallent Hawkins. He was of the Baptist Faith and was formerly employed at the Milliken Cushman Plant.

Surviving are three sisters, Sandra Murdock and husband, Rev. Donnie Murdock of Belton, Ruby Lee Jones Sulser of The Villages, FL., and Carole Lynn Croce of Collingswood, N.J.

Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday at Long Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Murdock and Rev. Jimmy Jones officiating.

The family will receive friends at Long Branch Baptist Church immediately following the graveside service. The family is at the homeplace, 2907 Highway 413, Anderson.
