Jackie Medlock

Iva – Jackie Elizabeth Brock Medlock, 51, wife of Tommy Medlock, of 4411 Trail Rd., died Friday, January 2, 2009 at AnMed Health Center.

Born in Anderson County she was a daughter of the late Jack L. and Kathryn York Brock. She was a member of Asaville Baptist Church. She was employed by Anderson District Schools at Wright Elementary School.

Surviving are her husband of the home, a son, T.J. Medlock and wife Dottie of Iva, and a precious granddaughter, Allibeth Medlock.

Funeral services will be held at 4 P.M. Tuesday at Asaville Baptist Church with Rev. Harold Walters and Rev. Ralph Ashley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at Pruitt Funeral Home and from 3 to 4 P.M. Tuesday at the church prior to the service. The family is at the home.
