Nannie Barrett


Greenwood - Nannie Bell Teasley Barrett, 87 of 106 Ridgeway Drive, widow of Willie Barrett died Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was born in Oconee County, a daughter of the late Bert and Mary Emma Smith Teasley. She was an active member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

Surviving are four sons: Robert Barrett, Sr., Ware Shoals, John A. Barrett, Ware Shoals, Wade H. Barrett, Honea Path and Ralph E. Barrett, Ware Shoals; one daughter, Brenda Gail Pollard, Robinsville, N.C; two brothers, Floyd Teasley and Wade Teasley, Anderson and sixteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 1 pm at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Oakway, S.C., Oconee County. The Rev. Joe Black will officiate.
