Louise Powell

Belton – Nettie Louise Burton Powell, 69, of 110 Rock Springs Rd., widow of Jack Joseph Powell, died Wednesday at AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson.

Born in Anderson County she was a daughter of the late Aaron and Estelle Hughes Burton. She was a member of Mt. Bethel Baptist Church.

Surviving are four daughters: Tammy Howard and Debra Ann King both of Belton, Pamela Powell Beebe of Anderson, and Connie Sanders of Abbeville; one sister, Frances Fowler of Belton; twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 4 P.M. Friday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel in Honea Path with Rev. Randy Fleming and Rev. Tab Scarborough officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
