Curtis Brown, Sr.

Gray Court - Curtis Chester Brown, 66, of 664 Henderson Church Rd., died Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at the Hospice House in Greenwood.

Born in Greenwood County, he was a son of the late Chester and Ruby Griffin Brown. He was a member of West Main St. Church of God. He was a former supervisor for Riegel Textile Co. He was a member of the Brewerton Masonic Lodge.

Surviving are one son, Curtis Chester Brown, Jr. of Greenwood, one daughter, Ronda Pulley of Ware Shoals, three sisters, Carolyn Houser of Lincolnton, N.C., Marlene Long of Gray Court, and Mickie Long of Gray Court and four grandsons.

Memorial services will be held at 3 P.M. Saturday at Mt. Gallagher Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Marcus Bishop officiating.

Grandsons, Connor Brown, Grant Brown, Justin Pulley, and Trevor Pulley will serve as Honorary Escort.
