Mrs. Elva Brock
Honea Path – Mrs. Elva Christine Coker Brock, 77, wife of Charles Ray Brock, of 644 Brock Road, died Thursday, March 27, 2008 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born in Belton, she was a daughter of the late Raymond Hollis and Emma Lee Taylor Coker. She was of the Baptist Faith and was retired from Chiquola Mfg. Co.
Surivving are her husband of the home, one son, Richard Brock of Plant City, Fl., one daughter, Sue Ford of Ware Place, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday at Keowee Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Mize officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 4 P.M. Saturday at the home of a sister-in-law, Mrs. Samantha Gosnell, 501 Brock Road, Honea Path. The body will be placed in the church at 1 P.M. Saturday. Online condolences may be made at www.parkerwhitepruitt.com.
