CURTIS "BUD" JACKSON, JR. DALLAS, TX - Curtis "Bud" Jackson, a Structural Engineer in the Petroleum Industry, went to be with the Lord on February 18, 2008. He was born September 9, 1943 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Mildred and Curtis Jackson, Sr. Bud was very passionate about his opinion and was a wonderful grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday March 29,2008 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Honea Path, South Carolina. He is survived by his daughters, Sherri Simmons and husband Steven and Jennifer Demers and husband Donald; grandchildren, Lane and Evan Simmons and Avery Demers; brother, Brock Jackson; sister, Barbara Paternostro; and three nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Faith Hospice, 6100 Colwell Blvd., Suite 225, Irving, Texas 75039. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
