Eula Mae Ashley King

Honea Path – Mrs. Eula Mae Ashley King, 91, formerly of 27 Washington Circle, widow of F. C. (Doc) King, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at AnMed Health Center in Anderson.

Born in Abbeville County, she was the daughter of the late James Oscar and Edna Richey Ashley. She was a member of the Honea Path First Baptist Church and was retired from Belk-Simpson of Anderson.

Surviving are two daughters; Faye King Swingle of Houston, TX and Judy King Lyman of Honea Path; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother James Raymond Ashley.

Funeral services will be held at 3PM Saturday at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Moody and Rev. Booker Bagby officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories.

Visitation will be prior to the service from 1 – 3PM at Pruitt Funeral Home.
