Allen Flowers, Jr.
Belton – Allen Humphrey Flowers Jr., 72, of 202 Bill Kay Rd., husband of Margie Jeanette Hill Flowers, died Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at his home.
Born in Atlanta, Ga. he was a son of the late Allen Humphrey, Sr. and Faye June Merrill Flowers. He was a member of Bethany World Outreach Church and was retired from Goodman Conveyer of Belton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, Korean Conflict.
Surviving are his wife of the home, one son, David Scott Flowers of Iva, one daughter, Pamela Jean Davis of Irmo, one brother, Johnny Rayford Parham of Ware Shoals, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a son, Gregory Allen Flowers and a brother, Donald Ray Flowers.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rickey Knight and Rev. Joe Frank McClain officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories.
