Malcolm Knight

Honea Path – Mr. Malcolm J. Knight, 81, of 207 Brook Street, husband of Frances Jewell Ferguson Knight, died Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at his home.

Born in Honea Path, he was the son of the late Newt and Mytie Fisher Knight. He was a member of Austin Road Baptist Church, a lifetime member of Hiram Lodge #68 A.F.M., a veteran of the US Army having served in World War II and was retired from Owens Corning Fiberglass of Anderson after 38 years.

He is survived in addition to his wife of the home, three sons; Andy Davis of Honea Path, Malcolm Kidd of the home, Kenneth Knight of Anderson, one sister; Juanita Parham of Honea Path, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He is predeceased by one son, William Michael Knight and one sister Lettie Brock.

Funeral services will be held at 3PM Friday at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Slatten officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories.
