Joe was born on April 23, 1958, to the late Joseph Tallyen and Shirley Lezan Tallyen .
He is survived by his beloved wife of eight years, Kimberly McGaha Tallyen ; his son, Michael Tallyen ; his daughter, Amy Tallyen; Two brothers, Russell Tallyen (Kathy), Jeffrey Tallyen (Lieven) and one sister Kris Tallyen Hoffman; Three grandchildren.
Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Rick Tallyen .
