Louie Fleming

Thomas “Louie” Fleming, 86, husband of Edna Mattison Fleming of 68 years, of Honea Path went to his eternal home July 3rd, 2026 surrounded by his family.

Louie was born 12-15-39 in Abbeville County. Son of the late Bert and Leola T. Fleming, he was welcomed in heaven by his sister and brothers and his Grandson, Kristopher Fleming.

He was a long time member of Little River Baptist Church. He worked at Rocky River Mill in the Maintenance department from 1956 until he retired. He loved fishing, peddling around the house, his family, and his God. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his cherished wife of the home, his three sons Ronnie (Ann), Greg (Sherry) of Honea Path and Ken (Dawn) of Belton, his Grandchildren Jason (Shelli) Fleming, Jennifer (Daniel) Smith, Ryan (Sarah) Fleming, and his beloved Great-grands Kaitlyn, Dalton, Bayleigh, Gracie, Sophia, and Eamon.

The family would like to express our gratitude to Patriot Hospice for all the wonderful care and support we received in Louie’s last months on earth.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 6 at Pruitt Funeral Home with Rev. Garrett Hart officiating. Burial will follow at the Garden of Memories.
