Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late Theo and Janie Arveline Wilson Ashley. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church and was a retired patient sitter. Mrs. Weathers loved cooking and feeding her neighbors.
Surviving are: two sons, Curtis Wayne Weathers of Honea Path and Ben Allen Weathers of Piedmont; two daughters, Cynthia Shiflet of Williamston and Tammy Gregory of Honea Path; two sisters, Jo Ann Brock of Honea Path and Shelby (Donnie Ray) Brock of Belton; eleven grandchildren, Christopher Brock, Michael Brock, Austin Weathers, Houston Weathers, Dallas Weathers, Tony Lundgren, Anthony Snipes Timothy Snipes and step grandchildren, Jason Gregory, Fred Gregory and Crystal Fuller; sixteen great-grandchildren; and special friend and caregiver, Beverly Smith.
Mrs. Weathers was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her daughter Linda Faye Weathers; and three brothers, Cecil Ashley, Dale Ashley and Earl Ashley.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Monday, March 23, 2026 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Shane Elrod and Rev. Paul Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Keowee Baptist Church Cemetery.
