Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Alfred Smith and Sue Shewbert Shirley. She was a member of Gethsemane Church and a graduate of Ware Shoals High School Class of 1969.
Surviving are one sister, Carol Burdette of Belton, seven nieces and nephews: Katie, Bonnie, Kim, Mandy, Ronnie, Carrie, and Anna and ten great-nieces and great-nephews and one Great-Great Nephew.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Tommy Smith and Drew Shirley, and a sister, Debbie Smith Wilson.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
