Charles was born on November 16, 1971. Throughout his life, he was known for his passion for cars, especially his cherished candy apple red 1963 Chevy Nova. He also enjoyed drag racing and the excitement it brought him. He worked for Solutia and Prysmian Cable for many years, where he built many friendships. He also showed deep love and devotion by caring for his mother, Shirley, over the past nine years. He touched the lives of family, friends, and all who knew him.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Prince; his sister, Paula Bagwell Haynes (Joe); his special aunt, Betty Hogan, whose love and support were a constant blessing in his life. He also leaves behind many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Bennie Joe Bagwell; his stepfather, Lonnie Joe Prince; and his grandparents, Pruitt and Pauline Fleming and Joe and Thelma Bagwell. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.

Family memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, 9/14/2025 at Winona Baptist Church in Donalds, SC with Rev. Bruce Cooley officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to Caris Hospice.
