Lucille Fisher

Belton – Margaret Lucille Bratcher Fisher, 84, widow of Rudolph Edward Fisher, of Mt. Bethel School Road, died Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at her home.

 

Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Harvey and Lottie Richey Bratcher. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, where she was very active in vacation bible school for many years. Mrs. Fisher was the retired owner and operator of Lucille’s Beauty Shop.

Surviving are three sons, Greg (Cheryl) Fisher of Honea Path, Ritchie (Robin) Fisher of Belton, and Andy (Beth) Fisher of Belton; a brother, Horace (Nancy) Bratcher of Belton; a sister, Ann Brown of Anderson; five grandchildren, Greta (Barry) Brock, Rebecca (Justin) Cooner, Shelley (Deven) Mitchell, Bryar (Erica) Fisher and Pearson (Amber) Fisher; and four great-grandchildren, Mattye Brock, Nick Cooner, Noel Cooner, and Mason Mitchell.

Mrs. Fisher was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers, Milford Bratcher, Harvey Bratcher, Jr., Ray Bratcher and Haynie Bratcher; and a sister, Lou Bratcher.

Graveside services will be held at 12:30 P.M. Friday March 21, 2025 at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tim Edmonds and Rev. Dwayne Evans officiating.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends Friday from 11 – 12 P.M. at Pruitt Funeral Home, Honea Path. Memorials may be made to Bethany Baptist Church, 1632 Bethany Church Rd, Belton, SC 29627.
