Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late William M and Elizabeth Coker Smith. She was of the Baptist faith and had previously worked at Ingles Deli, as a CNA at Richard Campbell Veterans Nursing Home and at Chiquola Mills.
Surviving are: two sons, Sammy Chad Smith of Honea Path and Brian Lee Smith of Belton; her daughter, Crystal Smith of Belton; a brother, Sammy Wayne (Frankie) Smith of Honea Path; and her sister, Debra Jean (Ray) Elgin of Athens AL; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two brothers, Douglas Michael Smith and William Randall Smith.
Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, March 17, 2025 at Garden of Memories.
The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends at the graveside following the service.
