Born in Charlotte NC, she was the daughter of the late Earl Bonnie and Ada Mae Blocker Tomlin. She was of the Christian faith and retired from Habitat for Humanity. Gloria also worked at Greenwood Memorial Gardens for a number of years.
Surviving are: three daughters, Bonnie Capps and Christy (Rob) Bearden, both of Donalds and Ginger (Michael) Stuckey Mair of Ecuador; five grandchildren Gavin, Janet (Mike), Cady, Tabatha (Daniel), and Heidi; and four great-grandchildren, Julia, Sophie, Lyndsei, and Jolene.
Graveside services will be held at 1 P.M. Monday, March 10, 2025 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
