Born in Ware Shoals, she was a daughter of the late James Edison and Catherine Shirley Page. She was a member of Mt. Gallagher Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Surviving are two sons, Wesley Hodges, and Steve Hodges, a daughter Melody Hodges Duncan, a daughter-in-law, Nicki Sackrison, six grandchildren, Audrey Bishop (Jay), Jacob Cox, Paige Maddox (Wade), Graham Duncan (Bre), John Philip Duncan (Lexi), and Parker Duncan, eight great-grandchildren, Maddie Bishop, Turner Bishop, Alex Maddox, Daulton Maddox, Gabe Maddox, and Henry Cox, John Waylon Duncan, and George Duncan, and a dear friend and caregiver, Becky Hellams.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, a son Richard Scott Hodges, two brothers, Johnny Page and Glen Page, a sister, Alice Page Bryant, and a daughter-in-law, Robin Hodges.
Funeral services will be at 3 PM on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Mt. Gallagher Baptist Church with Rev. Nate Wiles and Rev. Dr. Marcus Bishop officiating. Burial will be private.
The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends from 2 to 3 PM on Sunday at Mt. Gallagher Baptist Church prior to the service.
