Born in Waterbury, CT, on May 28, 1950,she was a daughter of the late Vincent Paul and Marion Martha Krunglevich Gowlis. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church of Waterbury, CT and was retired from Bellsouth/ATT of Florida. Charlotte was very independent until her last days, she loved her family and her schnauzer, and football, her favorite team being the Miami Dolphins. She was known for hosting football friends parties.
She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers, John Gowlis, David Gowlis, and Vincent Gowlis, Jr. and is survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
