Born in, she was a daughter of the late Henry Alvin and Helen Evelyn Allen Hill. She was a member of Bethany Outreach Church and retired from Milliken.
Surviving are: her daughter, Pamela (Mark) Pelletier of Irmo; her brother, Ronnie Hill of Belton; a sister, Shirley Surrett of Abbeville; eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Flowers was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two son, Gregory Allen Flowers and David Scott Flowers; a brother, Marion Hill and two sisters, Evelyn Herring and Joyce Brown.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rickey Knight officiating. A private family burial will follow.
