Born in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Millard and Caroleen Hanks Wright. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Surviving are: her daughter-in-law, Luana Burdette of Honea Path; and four grandchildren, Storm (Brannon Davis) Burdette, Savannah Burdette, Morgan Burdette, and Avery Burdette.
Mrs. Burdette was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son, Jeffery Burdette; and her daughter, Holly Burdette.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Trinity United Methodist Church with Rev. Chris Arries officiating. Burial will follow in Barkers Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
