Born in Brazil, she was raised in Brazil and studied at Colegio Bennett of Rio de Janeiro and attended United High School in Buenos Aries, Argentina, graduated from Spartanburg School of Nursing and received a BA in Psychology from Florida Southern, Lakeland, FL. She was an RN at Bay Front Medical Center of Tampa, FL. She was a member of the Ware Shoals United Methodist Church and was formerly an active member of Lakewood United Methodist Church of St. Petersburg, FL. She had adopted 12 cats and was and active in SPCA.
Surviving are: one sister, Sarah “Sally” Ream of St. Petersburg, FL and her extended family The Dawseys of Aynor and The Rogers of Spartanburg.
A celebration of Sandy’s Life will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Ware Shoals United Methodist Church with her cousin Rev. Dr. Bill Rogers officiating.
