Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of Louise Sims Hall and the late Joe Elmer Hall. She was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith and was retired from the Laurens County Probate Court. She was a graduate of the last class of the Hickory Tavern High School and later earned a B.S. from Lander College. She was a member of the Waterloo Crochet Club.
Surviving are her husband, Mike, her mother, Louise, a daughter, Michelle K. Millwood (Joseph), and a grandson Cayden Kernells.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum with Rev. Paul Cooper officiating.
The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the Greenwood Memorial Gardens Chapel Mausoleum from 2 to 3 PM Tuesday prior to the service.
