Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Barney George and Frances Juanita Nichols Medlock. She was a member of Columbia Baptist Church. She loved to play the organ, go to the beach, and bright colors. Connie was proud of the fact that she won first place in cake baking at The SC State Fair twice.
Surviving are: two sisters, Jean (Odell) Darby of Columbia and Jane (Ray) Lee of Honea Path: her niece, Lindsay (Aaron) Smith of Anderson; and her nephew, Adam (Riley) Gagnon of Honea Path. She was preceded in death by her brother, Steven Allen Medlock and a sister, Martha Ann Medlock.
Memorial services will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Columbia Baptist Church with Rev. Travis Brooks officiating. Inurnment will take place later at Columbia Baptist Church Cemetery.
