Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late Clyde Mitchell and Edna Mae Turpin Hanna. He was a member of Barkers Creek Baptist Church and was retired from the Milliken Peerless Plant.
Surviving are his wife, Judy, of the home, a son, James Michael Hanna (Dawn) of Donalds, a daughter, Rhonda Hanna Fowler of Belton, and five grandchildren, Brantley Fowler (Brittany), Zach Hanna, Elise Hanna, Savanna Kelly, and Autumn Kelly, and a great granddaughter, Hannah Fowler.
He was predeceased by a brother, Charles Hanna.
Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at the Garden of Memories, Belton, with Rev. Roger Burden and Mrs. Pat Burton officiating.
