Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of Gwendolyn Williamson Threlkeld and the late Alfred Perry Threlkeld. She was a member of Asaville Baptist Church and volunteered at the Honea Path Thrift Store. She was a member of the Honea Path Senior Center. Ms. Threlkeld enjoyed leading a quiet life and loved cats.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Anderson are: her sister, Tracy (Tim) Harbin of Honea Path; her niece, Amber Catherine Harbin; her step-sister, Sheri Dorriety of GA; her uncle, Robert (Janice) Williamson of Honea Path; and her aunt, Nita Hall of Honea Path.
Ms. Threlkeld was preceded in death by her father; her paternal grandparents, A.P. (Carolyn) Threlkeld; her maternal grandparents, James Wallace (Catherine) Williamson; and her uncle, Michael Ray Williamson.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, August 18, 2024 at Asaville Baptist Church with Rev. Dewayne Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
