Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late James Roy and Martha Latimer McMillan. She was a loyal member of Barkers Creek Baptist Church and was retired from her work for the US Postal Service.
Mrs. Branyon is survived by her two sons: Scott Branyon (Renee) and Chris Branyon (Carrie) of Honea Path; three grandchildren: Christin McWatters (Gage), Carissa Branyon (Walker), and Cody Branyon (Brooke); and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother Tim McMillan.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Barkers Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
