Born in Christiana, Delaware, he was a son of Stacy Stankiewicz Stevens and Tillman Eugene Stevens III.  A 2013 graduate of Ceasar Rodney High School of Camden DE he went on to study Biomedical Engineering in Massachusetts.  He was a friend to anyone that needed one, a free spirit and didn’t care what anyone thought of him or his choices in life. 

Teddy is proceeded in Death by his Paternal Grandfather Tillman Stevens Jr and 3 Great Grandmothers whom he loved dearly Theresa Ratti, Margaret Salley and Inez Stevens.

Surviving is his mother Stacy Stevens (Robert) of Dover, DE, his father, Tillman Stevens, III (Michelle) of Ware Shoals, brother, Keaton Stevens of Dover, DE two sisters, Kyra Stevens and Nichole Kidwell of Anderson, step siblings Jessica Polzin and Andrew Matthews of Ware Shoals, Paternal Grandparents, Cheryl and Tom Kowalik of Ware Shoals, and Maternal Grandparents, Edward and Jeanette Stankiewicz of Dover, DE. Along with many more extended family members who loved him. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel, Honea Path with Rev. Hunter Ramsey officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM on Tuesday at Pruitt Funeral Home prior to the service. In Lieu of Flowers memorials should be made to the Food Bank of Delaware, 222 Lake Drive., Newark, DE 19702 where Teddy volunteered for many years.
