Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late Eugene and Vivian Denny Webb. He was a graduate of Crescent High School and received an AA degree from Anderson College. He was a retired law enforcement officer having served with Honea Path Police Department, Belton Police Department, and the Anderson County Sheriffs office. He had also served as a paramedic with Pickens and Greenwood Counties.
Surviving are his wife, Dollie, of the home, a daughter, Kayce Ophelia Cunningham of Hartwell, GA, a sister Debra Webb Stewart (Marty) of Starr, three brother-in-laws, Terry Cooley (Brenda), Mike Cooley, and Randy Cooley (Polly), two grandchildren, Rayna and Alana Risner, four nephews, Brandon Stewart and Trevor Stewart (Tristen), Kevin and Daniel Cooley, and four nieces, Emily Stewart (J.P.), Jennifer Cooley, Lori Dyar, and Daisey McQuen (Travis).
Memorial services will be held at 3 P.M. on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel, Honea Path with Chaplin Bennie Durham and Chaplin Austin Fowler officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be Law Enforcement and EMS personnel in attendance.
