Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Elbert Lamar and Ruth Cox Waldrup. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and retired from Ownings-Corning Fiberglass.
Surviving are: two sons, Lamar Bratcher and Jamie Bratcher, both of the home; three sisters, Clarice Griffin of KY, Nancy Lou Arnold of Piedmont and Carolyn Kelley of Townville; two grandchildren, Mason Bratcher and Gracie Bratcher; and a great-granddaughter, Layla Grace McGaha.
Mrs. Bratcher was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers, Elbert, Snook and Thomas; and four sisters, Elaine Rush, Martha Ann Hanks, Gloria Walls and Diane Waldrup.
Memorial services will be held at 11 A. M. Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tim Edmonds and Rev. Carroll Plemmons officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
