Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late William E., Sr. and Mary Myers Pruitt. She was of the Baptist Faith. A graduate of Dreher High School, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed crocheting blankets for her family and friends. She would always be ready to help someone in need.
She was survived by three sons, Shawn P. Daniels of Greenville, Bryan A. Salas of Gaston, and Christopher R. Salas of Gaston, a daughter Deanna H. Salas of Gaston, two brothers, Stanley Pruitt (Margo) of Greenville and John Pruitt (Tammy) of Brookhaven, MS, seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Rhett and Bill, and a son Gary S. Pruitt.
Graveside services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Belton. In Lieu of Flowers memorials should be made to Berea Fire Department,7401 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC 29611. Online condolences may be made at www.ParkerWhitePruitt.com.
