Born in Anderson, she was a daughter of Richard Franklin Hiott and Susan Marie Cooley. She leaves behind her companion of over 20 years, Thomas Marvin ‘Dooley’ Phillips. She was a homemaker.
She is also survived by three sons: Michael Austin Lowry of Anderson, Lee Phillips of Honea Path and Bradley Phillips of Honea Path; three daughters: Kayla Marie Lowry and Braylin Naomi Phillips of the home, and Marley Phillips Honea Path; and three granddaughters: Kinzlie Todd, Leigha Gilstrap and Alivia Simpson.
She was preceded in death by her sister: Stacy Annette Hiott; her paternal grandparents: Bud and Margaret Hiott; and her maternal grandparents: E. E. “Duck” and Barbara Cooley.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 14 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel, Honea Path with Rev. Jason Lawton officiating. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery.
