Born in Spartanburg County, he was a son of the late Wilbur Noland and Bessie Collins Roe. He was a member of Mt. Gallagher Baptist Church and was retired from Riegel Textile Co. and served in the SC Army National Guard for 22 years.
Surviving are a son, Russell Noland of the home, two daughters, Deborah Madden of Waterloo, and Robin Seigler (Steve) of Edgefield, five grandchildren, Michelle Fricks, Travis Madden, Noland Seigler, Erin Seigler, and Dalton Madden, and three great-grandchildren, Jaden Fricks, Faith Fricks, and Trey Madden. He was predeceased by his parents and two sisters, Frances P. O’Dell and Pearl Muegee, and a brother Ira Puckett.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 11 AM at Mt. Gallagher Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Marcus Bishop officiating.
