Born in Easley, SC, he was a son of Walter Lee Evatt, Jr. and Janet Marie Wilson. He was a member of Piedmont Heights Baptist Church and was employed at Enviva Biomass of Greenwood. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Surviving are his wife of the home, his father of Piedmont, his mother of Central, two sons, Memphis DWayne Evatt and Zakeri Bryce Bush of the home, three daughters, Kaylie Nichole Evatt of Piedmont, Charlee Marie Evatt and Bristol Rayne Evatt both of the home, a brother, Jason Kenneth Evatt (Alisha) of Easley, paternal grandmother, Nancy Evatt of Piedmont, and maternal grandmother, Mary Lou Wilson of Piedmont.
Private family services will be held with Rev. Larry Clayton officiating. Friends may view between 1 and 4 PM on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Pruitt Funeral Home. Masks and social distancing are required. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, Greenville, SC.
