Born in Abbeville County she was a daughter of the late Tarrant and Ethel Roark Phillips. She was a member of Honea Path First Assembly of God.
Surviving are two sisters, Betty Malone of Honea Path and Katie Bell Lollis of Donalds and numerous nieces and nephews. She was pre deceased by eight brothers, David, Alton, Furman, Clyde, Claude, Jim(Cat Butter), Bob, and Jerry Phillips and four sisters, Hazel Holliday, Inez Gambrell, Ruth Gunnells, and Lillie Mae Lollis.
Funeral services with limited seating will be held at 11 am on Saturday December 26, 2020 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Homer Gilmer and Rev. DeWayne Evans officiating. Mask and social distancing are required. Private interment will be held at a later date.
