Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late Tarrant and Ethel Roark Phillips. She attended Cross Hill Church of God, and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Holliday is survived by one son: James “Jimmy” Holliday, Jr. and wife Debbie of Belton; one daughter: Dianne Lollis of Honea Path; three sisters: Katie Bell Lollis of Donalds, Lois Phillips of Honea Path, and Betty Malone of Honea Path; four grandchildren: Sandy Spearman and husband David, Chris Lollis and wife Lynn, Jeff Holliday and wife Heather, and Kevin Holliday; 5 great-grandchildren: Sydney Ellison, Connor Ellison, Meghan Lollis, Thomas Holliday, and Ashton Holliday; and one great-great-grandchild: Emree Cobb.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers: David, Alton, Furman, Clyde, Claude, Jim and Jerry Phillips; and three sisters: Inez Gambrell, Ruth Gunnells, and Lillie Mae Lollis.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson with Rev. Gary Hart and Rev. Larry Richardson officiating.
