Born in Greenwood County, he was a son of the late Woodrow and Gladys Crawford Oxner. He was a truck driver and was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith.
Surviving are his girl friend, Cat Raab of the home, a brother, Jerry Oxner of Waterloo, two sisters, Faye Priest of Ward, and Terri Ouzts of Ware Shoals, two special canine friends, Oscar and Lilly, and a special feline friend, Merlin.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
